Chef Kyle is excited to partner with Transcendence Theater Company as they provide a unique-virtual experience for our wonderful Sonoma Valley and beyond.

For three fantastic nights, I will be providing prepared, ready-to-heat meals to enjoy at your convenience and in the comfort of your own home.

Menu for September 12th Gala Celebration

-pacific salmon cakes, horseradish-tarragon crema

-chilled roasted tomato and corn soup, jalapeno chimichurri

-pickled beet & watermelon salad, wild arugula, feta, cucumber-tahini vinaigrette

-crispy fingerling potatoes and shishito peppers

Serving Sizes/Pricing:

All meals will be provided in two-person serving sizes, packaged with simple reheating instructions. Each two-person serving size meal will cost $45 with $5 delivery for residents in the city of Sonoma.

The meals will be delivered either Friday, the day before or Saturday, before the show, between the hours of 11am-3pm with simple reheating instructions. 

We will also provide a pickup location in Sonoma at the Panel Wine Shop at 535 W. Napa Street on Saturday between the hours of 12-2pm. The Panel is excited to offer delicious wines to pair with your meal and the show!

Kao Soi Al Fresco

July 11 Menu:

Khao Soi Gai: chicken and coconut curry, crispy egg noodles, bok choy & toybox peppers, pickled mustard greens, & fermented chili paste. Green papaya salad with chinese long beans and peanut-lime vinaigrette. Spiced iced carrot cookies provided by Chef Julie Steinfeld.

August 15th Menu (Sold out)

Grilled lamb and pork meatballs with fire roasted tomato-harissa. Stone fruit-cucumber salad with basil, mint, arugula & citrus vinaigrette. Wild rice with grilled onions & sunflower seeds. Grilled squash, shishito peppers, and corn with avocado green goddess.  Duo of sablé cookies: espresso-chocolate & lavender-white chocolate.
